The best

Comfortable and clean and spacious. It was very nice that there's an outside patio. Kitchen was well-equipped and we especially liked the Nespresso -machine. Felt like a little present to have a nice quality cuppa. Great to have an underground parking space for your car.

To be improved

It was a bit confusing to find out where the front door was and also, inside the building, we couldn't find the appartment at first. There's like a thousand elevators there :) Got great help from the owner via text though.

The best

Very clean and comfortable apartment, parking underground same building, heaters, washmachine, dishwasher, tv, wifi all working fine. Owners are very friendly and answer questions very quickly! Recommend without any doubts!

To be improved

Beware that in entire city of Oviedo the rest/junk should be thrown away only around 6pm. Owners have explained us how to do it, so it was solved ok.
