It was everything by whatsapp even to open the Doors for the first time was through app. There is not much sun light in the flat it was a low level and all the Windows to a común yard. The Doors was electronic to open and we have a problem the last night that the electricity was off at 23:30. I texted by whatsapp and they tall me that they will check what going on but never back to me. Which I asked if the electricity was off if the elecectronic inteligent Door will open. In the next morning we still without electricity and I texted again to tell them that not electricity. They back to around a 1hour after to tell me sorry they don't know what happen, when we did dress up with the phone light and leave the flat because we cound't even get Breakfast at home.

The flat management provided support via Whatsapp, which I will never get involved with again in the future. A lot of co-operation was expected from the guest: Filling out long registration forms, taking out the rubbish the evening before departure, sending photos of where the keys were left etc. On the other hand, cumbersome correspondence was necessary to organise the check-in, neither the heating nor the hot water supply worked on arrival and there were no instructions for use on site. The flat is on the ground floor of an apartment block and light and air are limited - only available through a small courtyard to which there is no access. The neighbours' televisions can still be heard well after midnight. All the windows are barred, the flat smells musty and there is mould in every corner of the shower tray in the windowless bathroom. In addition, the furnishings are very basic, some are quite worn, and the walls could do with a fresh coat of paint. Also be careful when you leave: The key is supposed to be left in the flat, but the front door is locked. You have to know where the switch is that unlocks the door, otherwise you are trapped in the stairwell. The owners don't give any instructions for this, either. Conclusion: I don't know how this accommodation gets good ratings.
