The property was very clean and the kitchen will equipped with cooking tools, the location was excellent and the most important part was the staff who were tremendously kind, cooperative and helped with all inquiries.

“Satisfactory, but too much of red”

The best

Quiet place, kitchen facility is useful, complimentory toothbrushes, a few chocolate candies on the counter, AC. In is close to metro station Diego de Lion, but only brown line is really close. To interconnected green and grey lines (same station name) you need to walk a lot underground or on the surface.

To be improved

In my opinion it is too much of red color everywhere, shower sliding door did not closed properly, towel holders in the bathroom are not comfortably placed. If you lay on the bed as it is (pillows to the wall) the annoying exit/security lights are blinking in your face even when all unit's lights are off. I preferred to sleep with my feet to the wall.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, the air conditioning worked well and the shower was hot. The beds were comfy too. Having a balcony was an added bonus too

“Really worth the money :)”

The best

It was quite big and fully equipped with anything you may need for a few days stay such as fridge, electric kettle, pot, pan, oven, microwave, cups, plates, cutlery, hairdryer, mirrors, etc. Location was good, easy to access public transportation and the area was quiet at night. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There were several supermarkets, cafe and restaurants around us. Staff were friendly and helpful.

To be improved

It could be good to have iron in the room too.
