Firstly, upon arrival, I noticed that the cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. There were noticeable stains on the sheets, which was quite concerning. Additionally, the noise from outside was quite disruptive throughout the night, impacting my ability to rest comfortably. Furthermore, I was surprised to find that there was an additional charge of 30 EUR for a late check-in, despite this not being mentioned in the booking description. This unexpected fee was disappointing and detracted from the overall experience. Lastly, when I attempted to contact the property responsible regarding the stained sheets, I did not receive a response, which was quite frustrating. I understand that running a property can present various challenges, and I believe that open communication and addressing concerns promptly can greatly enhance the guest experience. I wanted to share my feedback with you in the hopes that it will be helpful in improving the overall quality of service at Avenida Gaudi Barcelona.

Location was great- easy transport links. Seasonings for cooking and soaps for shower and dishwashing etc. were all provided - really convenient for short stays.
