“Lovely hotel and welcoming staff.”
The best

We had a lovely good size room with a balcony. We were upgraded as we had vip status with Expedia and we also gad free parking. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Thank you.

“The breakfast selection was good and reflected the area. Their Tony Garcia restaurant was excellent and staff were very attentive. The room was a good size and had adequate wardrobe space, hangers and drawers. · Cons: The shower head wasn't secure and needed tightened or renewed. Made it difficult to have a proper shower. Room was lacking information regarding the hotel's facilities. Found having to download a QR code lacking the personal touch.”

The best

The hotel is well located. Easy walk into the centre, close to Mediterraneo Shopping & a reasonsble walk to Torrecardenas Shopping / Hospital

To be improved

Nothing really. I'm not sure that the breakfast is good value & the hot food section is fairly poor.
