The code to enter the building never worked and we were not provided with keys, so we had to rely on the kindness of strangers entering and exiting the building to access the apartment. We complained to the host several times but they completely ignored the messages. One night after going out to dinner, we returned late and were not able to enter the building until 3 am when someone finally exited the building. We waited on the street in the cold for several hours! This is unsafe and unacceptable!! This host should not be allowed to book reservations if they cannot guarantee guests can access the apartment building!!!

Low lights

Trying to open the door with the link / door code provided was awful as they sent us the wrong link. I'm pretty tech savvy but for people who aren't as comfortable using digital means it must be a nightmare. Also the shower would have about 30 seconds of warm water and then 30 seconds cold repeatedly.

The apartment is for 7 people and has only one bathroom , is not enough for 7 people.. the electricity was off couple of times , the elevator was not so secure.. there weren’t enough facilities like towels and shampoos..

It was very cold because they turn off the heat at night. There was no toilet paper and when asked it was never brought. The shower had no curtains in the back so all the water was spread on the floor. They changed the code for the front door and we had to wait for someone else to get inside. There was no soap in the bathroom.
