The location is very good. The view is stunning, all important attractions quite close.

Oh my god. The building is in a very bad condition. Half of the air heat pumps do not produce heat, the floor of one bedroom is swollen due to moisture damage, the walls are moldy, the floors are unwashed and dirty, there is dust everywhere, some of the lights are broken and uncleaned. There is no heating in the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets are in a particularly bad condition, the doors are falling off the front, the oven cannot be used because the fuses do not hold up. Some sockets do not work, some sparks. In order for the house to be warm, it was necessary to buy more heaters to be able to be there at all. This building is not fit for use and needs serious repair and tidying up. Some of the furniture is broken and falls apart when used. In addition to everything, there is not enough toilet paper for customers, there is no kitchen paper at all. 1 piece of towels was left for 14 days. to a person. There is also no change of bed linen. The house manager does not solve problems. Deficiencies are not accepted and suggestions are rejected. Despite the major shortcomings, an expensive rental price is asked for a well-maintained villa. Everything seems to be fine in the pictures, but in reality everything is radically different. Be warned!
