“Cons: Unfortunately, the experience about the room was deeply disappointing. The room felt more like a prison cell than a place to relax. It was located in the basement, with no proper window, which meant no natural light and absolutely no air circulation. The smell in the room was stale and unpleasant from the moment we entered. Noise insulation was nonexistent — we could hear every word spoken by our neighbors, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The bed was another issue, creaking loudly with every small movement. The bed sheets had visible flecks on them. One positive note was the cleaning staff. When we arrived, the cleaner was extremely kind and helpful. She assisted us with the check-in process, as we had some confusion and were still waiting to receive the email with the entry code. Her support was much appreciated, especially when no one else was around to help. Despite her kindness, the condition of the room and overall discomfort made this a very disappointing experience. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.”
