“I stay like more than 2 hours ..for my room code but no body help nor they reply me vai mail or wattsapp. Their no any security help as well .. at night I stay at road near about 1. Hour to book another place this is nt fair enough . It's ok I get help from my friend other wise iam tourist I dnt know where to go or I dnt have any bank here to book other place as well . Last night is horrible for me please I hope in future no body will this type of hospitality. We booked two rooms with a share bathroom, but what we found out is that the whole floor shares the bathroom. Very difficult to access the building. The taxi driver had to help us reach the host, which by the background noise, it appeared to be in a disco club or something similar. Hanging up several times before finishing listening what we were saying. Outside the hotel was a lady sitting on the floor for more than an hour train to get someone on the phone to open the doors.

“Quiet · Cons: Frustrating and disorganized check-in experience I was very disappointed with the check-in process. Despite submitting all my details a week in advance, I never received the promised email with access codes. Upon arrival, I couldn't get into the building and had to wait outside, repeatedly trying to contact someone for help. None of the contact methods—email, the phone number in the confirmation, or even the number posted on the door—were answered. The website and communication were also poorly adapted for English-speaking guests. Instructions were unclear and the process felt disorganized. During my short stay, I saw at least three other couples dealing with the same issue, which suggests this is a recurring problem. The lack of basic customer service and clear communication was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.”
