We are quite chilled people when it comes to stays. We’ve stayed in cheap hostels, hotels all over the world. This was different. The bed was so bad that during the night you would end up in the middle with the mattress shaped V. The bedroom itself smelt like sewage, the only window was to the drainage part outside. The bathroom, there were hairs everywhere and the sink was covered in black mould around. It was truly disgusting. The check in process was the most complicated one I’ve ever seen.

The place met my expectations- it was clean, bed was comfortable, right in the city centre. I would stay there again.

It was clean, central to Madrid main attractions, safe beautiful area near Prado museum and Ritz hotel. Comfortable room.

To be improved

Toilet small and about cramped but don’t mind since property in great location. Was abit confusing at start how to enter the property- first door said “push door” and should say “pull door” but when we worked it out there were no issues.
