“I send a complaint to the hotel because they took a payement for something I am not responsible”
The best

It was a mare dream (very difficult) to be registered and have access to the hotel. We didn't succeded despite at least one hour trying. Fortunately we could find a telefonnumber to call. The lady helped us inmediately and thereafter access to the rum worked well.

To be improved

The bad thing is that now I checked the hotel tokk payement for a "toalla manchada de sangre". This was nothing we did and not seen. Unfortunately we didn't took any picture when we left the rum. The smell in the room was very bad, we were obliged to sleep with open window. The area in which the hotel is located is very dirty, a lot of discusting things were on streets close to the hotel
