Auto checkin wasn't clear at all, if haven't got whatsapp, you can't do check in... Matress not comfortable, bed frame horrible. No accsess to garden. No staff. Room too small. No balcony. If haven't got phone or it dead, so you in street, nobody help you... Wall so thin like paper, you can hear people breathing... Absolutely nightmare

There is hot and cold water in the main entrance. It’s the only good thing about the property

Their check-in process is very complex. The building has many entrances and everything is digital. There is no phone number to call or any way to communicate with someone. I waited for more than an hour under the strong sun. They were not helpful. After an hour, they provided an email confirmation, which is not secure, but I had no choice—I was already exhausted and missed all my museum entrances. They ruined my whole Malaga plan.
