“Auto check-in problems and AC”
The place was cozy.
The auto check-in is smart if it works. I was checking myself and my friend in and the problem occurred when my friend was supposed to receive a message through WhatsApp and never did. We also tried to call the number that was mentioned in the info message here at booking but no one answered. Fortunately I did receive mine, so we could enter. They send you a message to chat with their AI, but it wasn’t really clever and didn’t help us with anything we needed. Also the room was heavily air-conditioned which is great until you sleep in it and get, quite literally, sick of it. However we couldn’t find any remote control or a panel that could lead to maintaining it.

There's a calm neighborhood, close to a metro station and good restaurants. Perfect clean apartment.
Removing keys by a link from e-mail on your mobile phone (for opening even your room!) is a terrible idea. It always took 20 min to get in when staying with other guests in front of the building. When you go to a shared bathroom, you can't forget your phone otherwise locked in the shared corridor. No personal support, only a stupid chatbot. The air conditioning was freezing all the day and the room with no real window!?!

“Great, Auto Check In Needs To Be Streamlined.”
Love the ethoes/philosophy of auto-check in. Everything is streamlined, room was clean, price was good, facilities were good. Great value for money. The way you click the email button to open every door is AMAZING.
The check-in process was good for me, but disastrous for most people. I had to help two women from Denmark who did not have WhatsApp. It ASSUMES that you already have WhatsApp for contact, these women did not know what it was and had to download. The company should have an additional verification method (Email, Telegram, Google Authenticator, etc). Also, for two people both of them have to check in their details, which is lousy. You can't refuse the same WhatsApp number. Make sure to do the verification process as soon as possible - you don't want to be stuck outside the door to do the check-in verification.
