the lights went out twice in a row when we were cooking. the check in starts at 15 but we had to wait 2h for the room because they hadn't cleaned it yet.

The apartment is absolutely empty. Not a coffee, a pinch of salt, a game for the kids... nothing, it is empty. Even having to pay for those would have been ok, because when travelling you may not have the time to run to the supermarket to buy every little thing - but there was nothing and it felt like an hotel room. Theres a fine if you dont clean the dishes or leave it dirty or dont take the rubbish out. I always take care of these so it was ok for me, but all the warnings ruin the experience. Also, entry is at 3 and I was right on time with my family. It was a very hot day and we had been wandering a bit around waiting for 3, but we could enter the flat only at 4 because we had to check in like in a hotel -again, not what you expect when going to an apartment.

The smells from the bathroom drains. The threat of a fine for not doing the washing-up. Having €50 taken from us with no real timescale as to when it will be paid back.

Somebody had urinated on the mattress and it stank. When we complained and twice went to reception we only got an air freshener from a cleaner who said she did not deal with this - and neither did the reception. Parking us very difficult to find and for micro cars only
