We like apartment, it is big. There was 2 air condition and they were working. House was clean. Also owner of home, Antonio is kind and solution-oriented person!!! Thank u for all Antonio!!!

“We were disappointed with the apartment”

The best

There are some positive and not so positive points about the apartment. The positive points are its location in the old part of the city and the apartment is quite large, it is close to many restaurants and not too far to some of the attractions. The access to the property is via electronic access, the garage space is small but we did find it just manageable with our small car.

To be improved

The not so positive, the bathroom door handle is loose and there is damp on the exterior wall. The shower is large but does not have anywhere except the floor to put the shampoo etc. The kitchen is adequate however the doors all need adjustment. There was no tea towel. Leaving the apartment was a problem as the garage remote and exterior gates key had to be left back in the apartment. This means once you get your car out of the garage and find somewhere to park you have to go back into the apartment leave the control and gate key , but you need the key to open the gates again to get back out to your car. Fortunately my wife could hold one gate open and I blocked the other one open as they close automatically. In general the place needs some maintenance.

“SPECTACULAR APARTMENT YOU WILL REGRET NOT BOOKING!!”

The best

SPECTACULAR! This was a gorgeous and newly remodeled full apartment which was in a phenomenal location and very safe and secure. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very spacious with a lovely courtyard view. Everything was new--including the washing machine! The communication with Antonio was seamless. There was 1 issue with the electricity which was immediately resolved with a phone call. The location is phenomenal and within walking distance of all the top attractions and great restaurants of Wonderful Seville!

“Perfect cozy space!”

This was such a beautiful property! Antonio was a sensational host-so quick to answer any questions we had and made the check in process so easy. The space was so cozy and close to everything. Would absolutely stay here again!
