“Very good”

The best

Very well equipped, super comfortable flat. Noise proof walls, light canceling blinds. We had a good night sleep not being disturbed by any noise or light. Clean, well maintained. Modern furniture and design yet very cozy. Spacious balcony, big enough to have breakfast or dinner in four people there.

To be improved

Pool was out of order as there were water usage restrictions at that time. The only and quite big inconvenience was the active construction site just across the street, so the view is not as pretty at described. This caused noise and dust during the day. Otherwise the location is nice flose to the beach and town centre.

“the best experience renting a holiday home i’ve ever had”

The best

Everything is new, clean, apartment is full of supplies and equipment, there’s nothing besides food that i had to buy. The host is great, the air in the area smells sweet, just perfect. Also a new large Mercadona in a walking distance. Beach also close.

“A new, modern and perfect apartment!”

The best

A new, modern and very nice apartment! It has a balcony with sea views and sun from noon to sunset. A quiet and nice area where it is close to both the beach and Mercadona. The host was very friendly and gave us good recommendations about different restaurants in the area and provided water and wine upon our arrival. We really enjoyed staying there and can highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Rincon de la Victoria.
