Lovely peaceful area overlooking the harbour. Fabulous views. Close to restaurants but quiet at night

Really can’t fault the place. Lot of stairs up to the apartment but compensated for by the view.

“Great Location But Property Needs Work And Owner Difficult To Contact !”

Finding lockbox easy enough once the building is found. However the overly long directions to find the property only apply if you've just arrived in Lanzarote airport and driving your own car !

To be improved

Bathroom needs a refit - scratched bath. Bed didn't have a top sheet under the duvet so possibly unhygienic unless of course the half-duvet covers are always changed. Owner didn't reply to any of my messages within booking.com and was not responsive to phone calls. Far too many unsolicited e-mails from owner - more clarity in terms and conditions and concise English would help

The best

This apartment is located in the best part of town. It is peaceful and the view from the terrace is fantastic. It has good access to all facilities and shops. We would happily stay there again, we really enjoyed Puerto del Carmen. It was excellent value for money and everybody was really friendly.

To be improved

We thought the apartment was perfect and it met all our needs. Booking and access was easy and facilities were good. The main thing that could have been better is just a few more English language TV channels and a bottle of water on arrival.

The best

Very comfortable & clean apartment, the private balcony had sun for the day, comfortable loungers to look out on the heavenly view. Unide shop beside the complex stocked almost everything. 2 amazing restaurants on the door step1.flatboat restaurant and 2. blooming cactus. 10mins walk to playa chica and Puerto restaurants and beside the start of cliff walk to Puerto calero.

Pool was small and no beds around it. 4pm check in
