“The worst ever, and we travel a lot , having hundreds of bookings with Booking.com.”

The place was in terrible condition. The dishwasher was broken with the door missing. It was cold, and the only thing to warm the apartment up was an inefficient spot heater. Everything in the unit was rundown. The place was so depressing, that even though we had it for two days, we left after a terrible night in freezing conditions. And to go with the overall experience, the mattress was as hard as sleeping on the floor. The parking was almost impossible to get in and out even though the whole place was practically deserted. All the places we have stayed at have had provided basics in the kitchen and bath. This place did not have even salt or toilet paper!! It is an outrage that Booking.com has places like this listed. Shame on you!!!!

“Horrible, the worst ever apartment in our lives”

I liked nothing. The glass door from the living room to the terrace was out of place and wouldn't close. The bedroom window couldn't be closed either. There wasn't even a napkin or hand soap. The main lamp in the living room didn't work either. A piece of wood was missing from the frame of the bedroom door. There was only one chair on the terrace. And the worst of all was the cockroach we found on the sofa bed. We called and they didn't pay attention to us. They did nothing. We left a day early, and that says it all.
