“Convenient at a good price but bring your own water”

comfortable hotel, in an excellent location with good value for money in the heart of San Antonio

difficult to find a place for the car (the hotel does not have parking), at the reception we were not informed about the possibility of accessing free Wi-Fi and that the dinner service does not include drinks (water included; in the morning you can access water through dispensers). Rude waiters (obviously not all of them) at the restaurant service: we had asked for water without knowing that table service was not provided and the waiter got irritated because we did not know. One evening we came back at midnight and the water dispenser was broken, we tried to go to the bar but they closed the door in our face and at the reception they said they could not help us. the safety deposit box is a service provided by Booking but which in reality must be paid for at the property

This properly has extremely thin walls the music was blasting all night doors banging people shouting, I could not sleep until 4am will music and up at 6.30 with people partying, the bed was uncomfortable and I got bites from bed, I would never stay again, the breakfast was very disappointing too, I do not recommend!
