“TEN STARS !”
The best

Very surprised at the superior quality of this hotel. If it were in the UK, you would pay four times the room rate. We stayed in a superior king room, half board, and everything was perfect, with everything you would expect to find; a spa bath was a bonus. Everywhere throughout the hotel was so clean it sparkled. Dinner was served by professional and courteous staff, and there were many different options for breakfast. A high-end hotel at a great price. You get what you pay for.

“Perfect for a stay in the Roman city of Merida!”
The best

Lovely hotel with the most helpful and professional staff. I couldn’t fault them - the reception staff, the bar and restaurant staff and the cleaning staff. They were all excellent.

“Loved the swimming pool! The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was also very good. It was outside the old town, but we just walked it! · Cons: The bathtub/shower was quite slippery. I think bathmats should be made available, especially for older guests.”
