The hotel receptionists and other staff were very kind and helpful. The entire hotel is an oasis for relaxation. Food and bed are fabulous!

It is a peaceful retreat , clean and relaxing .staff are really nice .

3 night stay ,Only problem was when we got to the room , the balcony view was blocked with overgrown bushes that needed cutting back .we asked to be moved ,but had to pay 60 euros extra .we just wanted the same type of room but with the same veiw they called it a upgrade all they had to do was cut them 😬

“The second night at the restaurant was much improved on the Tuesday night. Massages and facials were amazing. Quietness of the place and pool area was very much appreciated. All staff were very happy to help, except fist night at restaurant. · Cons: Service at our first evening at the restaurant, we never saw our server again after we gave our orders for entrees, main meals at 8h15pm.we had to asked others. Waiting when others were being served before us.”
