“Love it”

The best

Very Clean and everything we needed available. There was no rushing for beds by the pool, we never had an issue getting one at any time of the day. Well looked after pool and pool area. When we had a small issue I was able to message and got a reply straight away with a solution

To be improved

A lot of steps, it was fine for our age and family but would find it hard if we were older.

“Fantastic stay”

The best

The apartment was in a fantastic location and was spotlessly clean. It was an excellent size with 2 good-sized bedrooms and a big living area & balcony. It was a lovely, quiet complex with plenty of sunbeds. Dean from Sovereign Lanzarote was excellent to deal with and very prompt in replying to any questions or queries we had in relation to the apartment. Overall, we had a brilliant week and will 100% be returning to Caleton Blanco.

To be improved

There are a lot of steps, but they weren't an issue for us, thankfully.

It was very close to everything, the beds were comfy, the cot was very nice, massive TV, and overall nice apartment.

To be improved

The apartment is up c100 step, which are flight after flight after flight. They do warn people that they shouldn't book if they have mobility issues, however I think they need to be clearer exactly how taxing it is walking up and down them everyday, especially if you are booking with young kids. The washing machine made my clothes dirtier and didn't drain. The aircon is coin operated, which we wernt aware of before we arrived. The alarm could come with better instructions, as we didn't know which buttons to press without trial and error. The pool was unheated and freezing (March), much too cold to enjoy, especially for little ones. A 2nd key would be useful, as it's required to lock the door to keep it shut, which isn't ideal when one person wants to stay in and one person go out.

We had no problem with the amount of steps but others who have mobility issues would have it should be noted on the booking site there are a lot of steps to access the apartment.

“Lovely stay but definitely not for anyone with any kind of mobility issues”

The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. The complex was quiet with plenty of pool beds. The pool was freezing though and also should note that there is no shallow end if your a nervous swimmer. We didn’t cook in the apartment but everything you would need appeared to be there. Our bed linen and towels were changed on day 6 which was great. The only downside to this apartment are the steps. It should be made clear that there are just under 100 steps up to it.

To be improved

The 98 steps up every time you left and had to come back !
