“A lovely clean and comfortable apartment in a great location”

The apartment was spotless , crockery , toaster , kettle and microwave were all immaculate. Aircon in the lounge was very good , together with the ceiling fans in the bedrooms , made it very comfortable in the July heat . The beds were firm , like new and comfortable. Plenty of bath and hand towels . We were 2 women on our own and felt very safe in these apartments. It is in a great location 5 minutes from the strip, a 15 minute walk to the old town and 30 seconds to the beach . There are great views being on the 14th floor . The lifts are quick and always available . Benidorm booking .com were always on hand if you have any problems and key collecting / checking in and out was quick and easy if you check in online . Normally you check in after 16.30 but it was ready early and they let me know by phone , which we appreciated.

To be improved

We thought the furniture ( except the beds ) were a little worn and dated . The second bedroom is very small even for one person . It is advertised that it can accommodate 6 people . I personally think it would be very cramped with that many staying for more than a weekend but for the 2 of us staying for 10 days it was very comfortable. We found the street below to be very noisy at night , obviously not the apartments fault but it did disturb sleep . One thing that did worry me is that in the corridors leading to the apartments there are 2 large openings just above waist height with no grills or glass windows in them and are in my opinion too low . I found it scary and I would be mindful if anyone was thinking of staying there with children .

“nice apartment useless agents!”

Getting the keys was not a good experience as although the agents knew i had mobility issues they insisted i went to the office to pick up the keys

To be improved

The agents should have known there was building works going on for the whole 4 weeks.

Perfect location and felt safe and secure for two ladies on their own. Lovely view and close to the beach

Only one issue we had was the shower kept overflowing sp wasn't draining well so had to have quick showers before it filled up
