Don't stay here!, there are much nicer places to stay that are cheaper, with equally good location.

The checkin was complicated as they hadn't sent me an access code so i was standing on the street in the heat waiting. The room is simple, 2 star quality, a little dirty. The shower is good. The bed is very basic. The outdoor terrace had construction junk lying around.

“The location is great. · Cons: Cleanliness is not at a satisfactory level. Upon check-in, we noticed hairs in both the toilet and bathroom. We reported this to the management, and they sent a housekeeper, but all she did was come with a cloth and cleaning solution to quickly scrub the bathroom floor. We expected a thorough re-cleaning of the toilet and bathroom to make us feel at ease, but that did not happen. There were other unclean areas as well — for example, around the edges of the sink where it meets the countertop. When I wiped that area with a tissue, it came away very dirty. The hairdryer was also very dirty, and we had to clean it ourselves with wet wipes. In general, everything felt quite worn-out and in need of replacement. There is not enough usable space in the room — or rather, the space is poorly utilized. You can hear everything from the other rooms and the hallway — there is absolutely no sound insulation. This disturbed our sleep. Advice to the owners: Hire a good interior designer and rearrange the rooms to make them comfortable, clean, and modern. Perform regular deep cleaning of every room, otherwise the wear and tear becomes irreversible. The walls were also covered in stains and dirt — repainting is not that difficult. You charge a significant amount for a night’s stay — reinvest in the property instead of just taking profits.”
