“Offers Airport Shuttle Service”

The best

We stayed here one night before catching our flight back to the US. We booked here because they offered airport shuttle service to/from the airport. We arrived at Terminal 1 via TAP Air Portugal and had to walk a good distance to the shuttle bus pickup location. We waited quite a while for the shuttle. Check-in at the hotel was good and the room was great. The only hotel restaurant we found open was the Terraza Bar. The shuttle service back to the airport was OK.

The best

Shuttle was easy. Room was clean and double bed, queen bed was very nice. Traveling with a big family and with a lot of luggage, it was great to be located on the 1st floor. Even though there was not much of a view, it did not matter, because we were there to get a good nights rest and also checking in and out was so much easier, and with a family of 5 and 8 pieces of luggage we did not have to navigate the elevators, would recommend families and people with lots of luggage to stay on the 1st floor.

Food tray was left out in the hall from another guest room and the hallway smelled like old food. i was too tired to let the staff know, and I thought they would take it out, but next morning, it was still there. staff should check the hallways more often.

Bathroom was not very clean at all. Room looks like a dorm room. This hotel is EXTREMELY overpriced. Staff was okay.
