The best

Everything in the apartment is well thought out for the most comfortable stay, everything is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance of supermarkets, the beaches in the city center and Lago Martianez.

Location and availability of everything inside and outside the apartment.

To be improved

While booking I send an email to the owner to inform about the times and hours of sunshine on his beautiful Terras. He replied that in November en December sun was shining on his Terras from 12h until 18h. In reality a small part of the terras was sunny from 14h until 16h.

Perfect location. Exceptionally clean & extremely well equipped containing everything required. Everything in as new condition.

To be improved

Nothing it was all superb !! A small suggestion would be for an English speaking television channel would have been very much appreciated.

The best

The apartment is comfortable & recently reformed with new IKEA furniture throughout. Electrical items are in good condition. Air con works well. Nice terrace with loungers. Kitchen is very small in the entry hall but fuctional.

To be improved

This is not 4**** as described in publicity. Fotos give image of a big new apartment in a modern aparthotel complex. The reality is that this is a reformed hotel room in very old hotel from the 1980s.
