“Used to like hotel but not now in”

Good position and terrace good.

To be improved

So dissapointed lift constantly breaking down. I cannot walk properly. Definitely not suitable for disabled. Aircon unit over bed very draughty. Had to move bed. No grab rail in shower.

“Location is fabulous, beach front, 10-15 minute walk into the Port . · Cons: Hotel is old & shabby, definitely in need of refurbishment. Old broken furniture in the bedrooms, holes in walls, cracked tiles on the floor. Bathroom shower cracked and a little dangerous to use.”

“Fab location, and views Dated hotel overall ok”

The air con overflowed on to the balcony There was no bread for breakfast on our last day- lots of complaints re breakfast no orange juice - coffee machine not working no meat Sewage smell in our room

Staff not very friendly. We paid for breakfast to be included but when we mentioned that in the morning, we were not directed there - so instead ordered a croissant on a patio thinking it was our only option, not realising there was a buffet in another room. We only found out about the buffet on the 2nd day.
