“Very good package for a family vacation. Friendly but go for a 5 stars for the next level”
The best

This is a good family location for vacation. Friendly, warm but not a luxurious spot. The little extra of a 4 stars wasn’t there, some amenities are sightly old and no one helps you with your bags. Coffee, fruit juices are not good quality, no mineral water in the rooms. I’m a demanding client and frequent traveler so I would notice these details, next time I will definitely book a 5 Stars, maybe it will be better. Besides that, the price, the staff and the food was good ! For a family on budget vacation, go for it with the all inclusive package.

To be improved

No help with the bags No good quality coffee, no good fruit juices, no bottled water in the rooms.

“Highly recommend stay in this hotel”
The best

Location was perfect, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bus stop. Alcudia Old Town is also in the walking distance. The atmosphere in the hotel and piecefull and relaxing, we enjoyed the gardens.

To be improved

Drinks were not included in the half board option

“Relaxing sea vacation with visit and beach”
The best

The Team - a new animation team instead of a one-man-show - is an improvement. The room and the hotel are very clean. It is very close to the beach. If you rent a car, easy to find parking place. at least at that period of the year. The top : the garden with real shadow - it was 40° during our stay

To be improved

Maybe due to the period - end of june - or because of less customers (?), the diversity of the food was not as high as during our last stay.

“Nice holiday in a clean friendly hotel.”
The best

Breakfast and dinner were of a good quality. Loungers outside the pool area where a great option for shade. Bar staff were good fun and the entertainment staff of Deme and Melena were the best I've seen in years!!
