The best

The apartment was very comfy, we stayed for 3 weeks over xmas and New Year. Communications regarding check-in/out were excellent, we were met both times. The flat was very clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Good showers. We appreciated the cleaning materials and washing machine tablets. The wifi worked perfectly, we could watch our usual cable channels. The apartment is situated next to the beach walkway or paseo with beautiful walks into Estepona port and old town (about 30 mins) and other way to Casares. Fantastic views of Gibralter and Morocco too. Lastly, we enjoyed the free tennis courts.

To be improved

Slightly disappointed the balcony did not receive the sun to sit out in (at this time of year this is a bonus), though there are a couple of foldable chairs to take out to the lovely gardens and beach, so not a big deal. The area is very quiet at night, which is important to us, but there was some noise from dogs barking and neighbours undertaking DIY during the day. Lastly, the electricity cuts out if more than 2 electric devices on, again not a big problem.
