The best

The cleanest apartment I have ever rented. It was also a spacious apartment. Very nice to have a stocked fridge on arrival. The parking is next door and spacious. It's close to the center, and worth the 3 min extra walk compared to competitors. It's excellent value for money, totally recommending it.

To be improved

There is a lot of clutter in the apartment. We have a small child so we had to move quite a bit of stuff to one of the bedrooms, including the small glass table. It took about 20 minutes to move everything and 20 to move it back. But it was worth it, the apartment is just great. Ps: I also recommended unplugging the air fresheners that are hidden everywhere. There were so many of them that it was a strong smell. But again, 1 minute job if you don't like it. So not really impacting my overall rating.

Well equipped and newly refurbished apartment with everything you could want. Lovely welcome hamper and Miguel very helpful. Super clean

To be improved

A bit of a walk to the centre and very hot as no A/C and only one fan. Sound insulation to adjoining flat not great.
