The view to the ocean

To be improved

Everything needs maintnanice. Very old and overpriced. Kitchen tools broken/not enough equipment to manage cooking. Smells terrible from drains downstairs. Sunbed broken, furniture old and dirty, mold. Beds sounds everytime you move in them. Clearly owner only wants to make money and do not care about customer satisfaction or that families comes for holiday.

We loved the location of the property, great outdoor space and lovely swimming pool area

There were a lot of ceiling lights not properly fixed and a wall socket in the downstairs bedroom was also not securely fixed. We had problems trying to lock both the gate to access the property and the sliding door at the back, both very awkward although we would eventually manage it. No pegs for the clothes washer

The best

Great location easy walk to large supermarket, Melonoras and Maspalomas. Lovely pool area well maintained Well equipped very spacious accommodation Excellent air conditioning Loved outside eating space Lovely sea views from balcony

To be improved

The lock to patio doors very tricky even when worked out which way to turn it.
