“Good place to sleep, but you'll be outside all day”

*Nice view of the docks. *Delicious seafood restaurants nearby in the docks. *Frequent busses to the city centre.

To be improved

* Building lobby was smelly (I think due to some plumbing problem) * The mattresses were old, my girlfriend said the springs were very noticeable but I didn't notice

what i liked.......... couldnt get into the place so didnt get to find out. overall shocking experience !!!!!!

what a shocking experience !!! good communication before paying..... once paid non at all. sent pre made messages. no replies. tried to ring. no answer. door code did not work. no apology for what went on. and still no communication. dont even bother with this place. from the outside the place looked like it was run down and no one lived there. let alone apartments for people stay in. Haven't even got a refund.

“Perfect for what we needed”

The best

Perfect stay for what we needed. The price for 3 nights was incredible. Check in was a bit of a struggle, but that was because I missed a text message. You receive a text with a 4 digit code to enter the building and your room. Rang up the helpline and then assisted promptly. Room was exactly what we needed for our 3 nights. Bed was comfy, shower and bathroom facilities good too. Location is around a 15/20 min stroll to the bus and train station, and the centre of Santander a further 5 mins on. This was no issue for us and was nice in the weather to take a stroll done the streets and visit some of the many bars along the way.
