“Perfect for families”
The best

Location. It is perfect for families. The room was spacious, the decor getting old but an exceptionally clean resort. The staff are wonderful

To be improved

If you like noise, this is your place. We weren’t prepared for the noise level- the atrium area, the live loud music on the pool terrace and the late night show beside the pool. Forewarned we would have asked for a room on the other side of the building. High season.

“Fantastic stay, would recommend!”
The best

I was in Roquetas to see Marc Anthony from UK, with my mum and our friend who live in Spain. We decided to book this hotel due to the proximity to the stadium. Ana on reception greeted us with a big friendly smile and checked us in very efficiently. Ana was able to provide us with all the information we needed about the hotel in English which was an added bonus and very helpful. All the staff we spoke with during our stay were great. The location of this hotel is excellent, right in front of a beautiful beach surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. Despite this being an older hotel it's very well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. The air con in the room was brilliant, much needed in the 40+ degree heat. The choice of food in the main buffet is excellent and everyone found something they liked. The food was replenished regularly, cooked well and tasty. Modern bathroom in the room with walk in shower, very hot and powerful. Lots of plug sockets and wardrobe space . Lovely soft cotton sheets and towels. Lots of sunbed's around the pool, no problem getting a nice spot. Lovely modern pool bar, not too expensive.

To be improved

There wasn't anything i didn't like, the furniture in the rooms is a little older but like I mentioned before, very well maintained and spotlessly clean. I believe some of the larger rooms have been recently refurbished. There could have been a few extra bits in the kitchenette for instance a wine bottle opener and a few wine glasses.

“Last stop Serena”
The best

Location is really good - right on the beach and lots of restaurants and shops 👌 Hotel was pretty full but hitel accommodated very well. We have stayed in every hotel in roquetas now the Serena was the last one!!

To be improved

Enjoyed our stay but not very much food choice for dinner in comparison to the other hotels in the area. Breakfast selection is acceptable. 3/4 types of eggs there is bacon / cereals etc so you will always find something 😉

Location amazing, loved the pool, staff very friendly, a super holiday :)

To be improved

The entertainment was interesting.... non existent for the first part of the holiday, then the last couple of days a singer outside who was good but not our sort of thing and a group of people on a stage doing a dance, not for us but may suit other people
