First of all, the key code didn’t work, after 30 min it was not resolved till the moment I’ve realised code is apartment numer (23) and (15) was our date of arrival, so we’ve tried 15 to 20 then 15 to 10 Turn out code (2315) was 2311 Incompetence, ignorance, non smoking building my ass, all the people including next balcony to us was smoking, horrible We have only stayed two nights, second night coming back around 1am we found family from Denmark with their kids sleeping from of our doors. Turn out, they keys stopped working, since I speak Spanish I was able to understand from security that came by, that lock had battery that was dead. Some manager and locksmith came around 3.30am, before that I have given this family most pillows and towels from our apartment, water and some more amenities as it hurtled me to see old lady suffer Next day I went to reception to give key cards to apartment, when asked about the stay I’ve explained what happened and they told me that this Danish family have sl the doors and battery have disconnected, so it’s their fault that they have been molesting us, not even sorry for inconvenience Only thing they’ve picked up on was complain about smokers in building and all they had to say they will investigate and take their deposits Two hours later we came to pick our bags before heading to airport and same person asked me why one of the towels was dirty ??? But they did not said I have least brand new polo shirt with tags inside the rooms Thieves, arrogant, and don’t care about no one except the money you’ve paid them Location is good so was the price, but not at this cost I’ve exchanged phone numbers with family that suffered most (sleeping on the staircase) I will help them to join my legal court complain as I live in canaries which is Spanish territory I will do my best to make sure no booking.
