Customer service - a very abrupt person answered the phone and said phone back Monday 9am and hung up, took 3 days to answer my email by which time we'd left and blamed it on booking.com Didn't like having to go between 2 apps and felt a bit harassed to fill the online check in, obviously so nobody had to bother helping us. Property not as described on booking.com. The apartment was a bit tired looking, food in cupboards and leftover toiletries. It felt like someone's home. No information about anything, including the pool, we didn't know if it was clean and quite a rowdy group were in an apartment directly facing it.

Good location , clean

Difficult to actually fnd the apartment complex and actual apartment , spent nearly 2 hours walking around. Also a lot of building work going on around ouutside on the road and next door apartment. Booking . com were extremely helpful and easily contactable
