Excellent location, spacious and extremely comfortable property set in a lovely, secure area. Excellent contact with Casasol.

To be improved

It was disappointing that we had to pay €10 a night to hire a travel cot for our 5 month old. The boiler broke during our stay which was inconvenient but it was dealt with promptly. Unfortunately, after it was fixed, the water was still not hot but this was the end of our stay so we did not raise it again. We were given some food/drink treats as compensation.

“Very nice house in great location”

Very nice spacious house clean and comfortable...enough space for 3 friends to stay with good outdoor areas Fantastic location convenient for old town, beaches and bus station...all within 15 to 20 minutes walk. Little supermarket nearby.. Lovely hot shower. Staff were helpful.

To be improved

No major downsides. A bit difficult to open the big window in one of the bedrooms....perhaps needs oiling or something?

“Lovely apartment sadly not toddler friendly”

Location was good property was very secure and quiet. When we booked and paid for a cot this was not at the property on arrival the company did not have a receipt for the payment however the were fantastic at getting this to us and added a highchair which we hadn't asked for but was probably the most useful piece of equipment as it stopped our toddler running around the balcony which had a set of steep stairs to the entrance which we had to barricade daily to stop her falling down them so thank you it made the week less stressful.

Not a toddler friendly property lots of open steep stairs inside and out. The shower cubicle was broken when we arrived a maintenence man came and said it needed replacing which would not be done during our stay this made showering a toddler very difficult and the bathroom flooded daily due to poor drainage in the shower. The rest of the property needs a bit of tlc in the kitchen the skirting boards kept falling off although it was well equipped. The soft furnishing inside and out need a total revamp they have seen better days. Having not been to the area before we would have really appreciated some information in the apartment about the local area we are not idiots abroad but it took a couple of days to get our bearings. We paid as part of the charge £200 for cleaning we always leave a property spotless when we leave (I understand not everyone is the same) however there was no fresh sheets or towels provided during the stay which was a bit disappointing as I needed to was the towels several times due to using them across the bathroom floor to stop slipping due to the flooding shower.
