The apartment is cozy, stylishly decorated, and comes with everything you could need.

To be improved

The apartment was a bit far from the city center. There were stickers on the door saying that tourists should leave, and in the middle of the night, someone banged violently on our door (which opens directly onto the street). Overall, we didn’t feel very safe. Communication with the host was also sometimes slow.

“Well equipped apartment in Ruzafa”
The best

The apartment is in a good location only 5-10 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars in Ruzafa. It's really well equipped and laid out for a small apartment, with plenty of amenities for a stay for 2 people at least.

To be improved

The apartment is suffering from drain fly, and whilst the owner tried to kill them off, they usually lay eggs in drains and need a thorough boiling. It's very annoying to have little insects flying around and touching you.

The best

Very good location, a lot of great restaurants in the area. The apartment is nice, clean and has all you need for a confortable stay.. However, the fact that there are no windows and the apartment door is literally on the street created a small disconfort. Additionally, when we arrived the apartment was full of small flies, we texted the host to solve the issue, but we didn't receive any reply until the end of our stay. The communication with the host was not as expected, he did not respond to any of the messages sent during the stay.
