We had an amazing stay in Villajoyosa! The apartment was spacious, with three bedrooms, making it perfect for larger groups or families. The highlight was definitely the **stunning sea view from the terrace/balcony** – absolutely breathtaking! The place had all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fast WiFi, and more. Everything was well-equipped and felt like home. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, with a bigger shop only 10 minutes away on foot. For those with a car, parking was available, and in March, we had no trouble finding a spot. Plus, it’s a great base to explore the area – Benidorm and Alicante are just a 15-20 minute drive away. Even if you don’t have a car, the **train station is right in front of the property**, making it super convenient to get around. The owners were friendly and flexible, making the check-in and overall experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a spacious, well-located, and comfortable place to stay, we highly recommend this apartment. Would definitely stay here again! 😊

Our host was very friendly and helpfull. Apartament is located close to the beach and tram stop. Apartmemt has all the nescesaary equipment. We really enoyed nice view to the see from balcony :)

We spent 2 weeks in this cozy apartment. It has everything a tenant can expect during their holidays: large rooms, comfortable sleeping mattresses, cleanliness throughout the house, especially in the bathroom, large dining table, TV in the living room and bedroom. The equipment is unique, all the necessary equipment, cooking utensils just like in your own home, and if someone arrives on Sunday when the shops are closed, they do not have to worry about not drinking hot tea, coffee or water, everything is in the apartment. Besides there is: sugar, spices, olive oil, salt, pepper, paper napkins, sponges, cleaning products, garbage bags, umbrellas, shopping cart, all home cleaning equipment and many other things that are in every house. On the terrace, the table with chairs allows you to eat meals with a beautiful view of the sea. Near the apartment there is a cable car that takes you to the towns on the Costa Blanca. The host is helpful in every matter and takes care of his guests. The apartment is definitely worth recommending.
