Balcón de Estepona

We were very satisfied with our stay in Balcon de Estepona. The apartment was fully equipped and spotlessly clean. We were well informed on everything we needed to know regarding door keys, apartment gate codes etc in advance. Our hosts Patrice & Fabienne sent us photos and details the day before we arrived in Spain so there was no stress when got to the apartment. Location is excellent, there are 2 supermarkets approx 5 mins walk, a taxi rank, and some restaurants beside the port. The promenade walk to the centre is approx 15 mins. There are plenty of restaurants along the way.

The property was in a perfection location for me, close to the Marina, the beach, the old town with lovely restaurants. It had a lovely pool and the hosts thought of everything. I want to return as soon as I can.

Apartment was very well equipped, everything you could need. Location was superb.

Property was comfortable and as described. Everything you need for a good stay in Estapona . Communication with host excellent.

Comfortable and clean with a well equipped kitchen. Lots of extras like soap..loo rolls and other cleaning aids plus some cooking essentials left in the cupboards. Water and beers in the fridge. The location was convenient for the marina….supermarkets…restaurants and bus stop. Owner was very helpful and gave us clear description and details for access to the property he was also at hand for any problems. English tv was also a bonus!
