Well located, slightly off the beaten track.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.

Mixed experience with beautiful location overshadowed by cleanliness and maintenance issues.
Considering the state, value for money could be better.
Amenities need improvement but are spacious and potentially great.
“We had a fantastic fortnight the grandkids had an unforgettable experience the parents had a chance to relax and us gran”
It was amazingly retro and must have been a stunning complex a while back. It was very comfortable the pool was amazing and the tennis court was great kept all the kids amused. The kitchen had everything we needed and the lounge/ diner was comfortable. Even had a pregnant feral cat that I hope they will get to a shelter.
Because of the climate at this time of year the curtains were a bit mouldy, they didn’t have anyone to make the beds half way through the fortnight which wasn’t a major problem as we were more than capable and we did understand the lack of staff problem. The electronic gate key sometimes didn’t work and a van would park outside the gate stopping us access but as we had three cars we parked down the road and filled the available spaces. We left a note (in Spanish) on the windscreen and he moved it the following day.
“Very nice place, everything was OK”
“Very nice and cool”
Private pool and a lot of free space
No soap in bathrooms
“Exceptional”
Secluded area, which is perfect for our family away from all the hustle and bustle of commercial areas in Tenerife. Large swimming pool all to yourself with lounge beds to accommodate, so much room in this villa that the kids could chill in seperate areas, of you like a game of tennis there is a full court and bats available! Clean villa with separate drive also, feels very secure for a family as gated that locks, would definitely recommend and go back here no problem at all.
Nothing! Suited our family perfect, 30 minutes walk to shops if need to, if you are a family who doesn't like driving abroad or walking far then maybe not for you but was perfect for us.

“We were a family of three generations so the accommodation was perfect for us”
The location gave easy access both to Puerta de la Cruz and La Orotava and was in a beautiful residential area. The villa with its guest-house, swimming pool and outdoor seating was magnificent.
In the master bedroom the bath was unusable. One of the wash bowls leaked water into the cupboard below and the plugs in both wash bowls were broken and difficult to use. The guests in this room had to use the bathing facilities in one of the other bathrooms, which was a pity because the room was beautiful. There were no instructions for the induction hob. We had to find them on google! Not everyone is familiar with this mode of cooking.
