Great location, nice apartment, Getting in via secure gate, was done with a phone call on arrival from the owner. If you like sitting on the balcony in an evening, it is not in the sun but lovely for the morning. Air con didn't work whilst we were there. We cooked a couple of nights had a problem with electrics tripping out...Various lights didn't work at all... No plug for sink. Needs a little TLC. These aren't negative comments, just something to be aware of. P.S when the electric trips out, the consumer unit, is behind the front door under the picture! Enjoy 😉

The property is excellently located right by the beach, shops, and restaurants, just a short walk to the shopping center. We stayed at the beach level to eat out each evening some lovely restaurants right beside the property.

To be improved

I believe there is a lack of storage available. The bathroom storage is filled with toiletries on the shower shelf and under the sink, making it hard to unpack personal items.

“Great location but very small shady balcony.”
The best

The location of Balcon apartments is absolutely spot on being down on the low level near the beach with a short walk to shops bars and restaurants. Pool area was maintained very well and plenty of sun beds available. Very quiet area at night. The complex is kept very clean as was our apartment.

To be improved

The balcony on our apartment was very small and did not get very much sun. We had a leak from the water heater which dripped all over the kitchen worktop. This was was reported to our contact who said someone would come to fix it but no one came. Washing up dishes was a pain as there was no plug for the sink.
