Photos don’t do it justice as has a large garden, private ample parking space and lovely trees as well as a swing (photos already show the pool and the barbecue) Very clean and has all the amenities one would require. Host left water, tea& coffee, toiletries…etc Only 15 min from Cordoba city centre (by car) There is a close by pharmacy and supermarket Host (Inma) was very attentive, hospitable and responsive. We had issues with electricity going off but this was attended to by emergency out of hours electrician

I have to update my original rating. Initially I rated them a 7 because Inma was so friendly and I didn't want to bash her accommodation. 4 days after checking out I received a damage report for 300euro --she claimed we broke a table and damaged the chairs. 3 photos were sent to go along with her false claims. Two of the photos showed nothing but normal wear and tear on the table corner, and the inside leg of the table. The other photo showed a rung of the chair had been damaged. She claimed it was from my pets. Unfortunately for her, she did not know I take photos of properties when we arrive to avoid hosts who have no integrity and make false allegations. I forwarded my grievances to booking and was assured I would not be charged and they apologized for any inconveniences this may have caused. I have used booking for over 10 years and have stayed at numerous locations with never any issues or claims made against my family, or the pets we travel with. I can only think my initial review of providing the property a "7" offended her to which this was her retaliation. *Response to Inma* I was requested by you to pay €300 for the ”damages” (see photo to help you remember). The pool issue had nothing to do with needing crystal clear water, as your listing photos show, but making sure it was safe. The pool was very dirty, and cloudy (see multiple photos). That’s not a well water issue, that’s an unkempt pool. It's not unreasonable to ask the conditions of the pool when we found screws nearby- probably due to your renovations. Please note the damaged chair photo as it was when we arrived, that you tried to blame on us. If there was a BBQ it should have been accessible. I did read the reviews and was hopeful the complaints would have been taken care of before we arrived considering they are over a year old. Your false damage report has left me with the responsibility to let others know the full transparency of our stay. Thank you for wishing my pets well.

it was perfectly positioned for exploring the centre of Cordoba and also an out of town setting. The house was extremely comfortable and quiet and the garden and outside areas were perfect. The hosts are simply magnificent and did everything they possibly could to make us feel welcome and our stay perfect.
