Understood the reason for not providing kitchen linen but would have liked tea towels in the kitchen.

This apartment was amazing very well equipped with all your kitchen needs also the washing machine / Dryer was a bonus. The location was fantastic walking distance to the old town supermarket and restaurants and the train station was just around the corner and bus station was about a 10min walk !

If you are a casual traveler and you don’t plan your journeys, if you just play your travels by ear and make decisions as you go, you will find the place very comfortable, perfectly located, and clean. If you are a thorough planner, expect huge problems in communication and be ready to freestyle whenever you need anything.

I decided to give the place a good score because I want to help other visitors looking for a nice and convenient space. Having said that, I would not choose this host again. Initially, it took me several days and messages sent on all possible channels to get a reply to a question regarding check-in time, which influenced my whole first day there - one of just four, so it mattered. I never got my invoice, after a month of reminders and sending numerous (!) messages with correct invoice data since the day of booking, I got some kind of wonky pdf with my name on it that has no bookkeeping value. Asked to correct it, they sent it wrong again. Before that, there were creative excuses to as why the document hasn’t been issued yet, starting with pregnant employees and ending with unhelpful wives. Interesting approach coming from a person who manages several appartments! Whether it is a deliberate action, you will see for yourself when you demand your invoice for the stay, just try that and see what happens.
