The thermal bath was great and made staying here worthwhile

To be improved

Dinner doesn’t start till 9pm and no snacks or drinks are available before this apart from some small vending machines. Dinner and breakfast are just ok but really not great at all

Nice little hotel, in a beautiful location.

It was my second time and I was disappointed with the staff during my visit, particularly the receptionists and barman. They appeared unfriendly and overly serious, which is not ideal for a role where welcoming guests should be a priority. A more approachable and cheerful demeanor would significantly enhance the guest experience. I hope management addresses this, as first impressions are crucial.
