“dissapointing”

Location is brilliant only a short distance to pools etc staff very helpful.

To be improved

The buffet was not to my liking, sausages were cold and over cooked,looked like left overs from breakfast, no other meat dish available, half cooked pizza, the hot food selection was very poor nice deserts though, the plates for main meals were mostly chipped scratched and not clean, residue from previous use on them, I had to go through several plates to find a clean one but still had 6 chips 1 large one not great, very poor for 25.00 each!! water machine did not work.. small dish of patatas bravas in the casino bar was 9.00e yet the tostadas were cheap at 3.00 food there was nice just oddly priced ham and cheese.bocadilla 9.00.

“Access to the pools! · Cons: The queue at check in and check out is unbelievable. I’ve stayed twice at this hotel, same story both times. Probably it’s not even the staff’s fault, but the system they operate. Each guest check in takes 10-15 min.”

“Won't be returning would not recommend avoid”

Breakfast was poor. Evening buffet was not edible it seemed like the same food was reheated and put out again. We could not eat it but they still insisted we paid for it as we had entered the restaurant. We had to move rooms as the builders were in the next room making excessive noise knocking out the bathroom. We recorded the noise to explain to reception.

“Revamp”

The thermol baths were great very relaxing have been before. The breakfast was very good all taste were covered from bacon to Hamon to fruit.They could put some road signs in the town so you can find the place easyer especialy at night would get more clients They could put a kettle in the room like most hotels thies days especialy for when you arrive late wayne

To be improved

The buildings have a lot of charter but the bedrooms need a revamp are very old fashon baths need to be replaced with showers and the beds are hard need some memory foam beds had to sleep on the pillows.
