“Heart of the centre”

The best

Heart of the centre. Right behind the main square and short walk from a secure parking garage. The communication was excellent with suggestions for parking and places to eat. Room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Wish we had of stayed in Cáceres longer.

“Disappointed”

The best

The location is exceptional but you cannot access it by car unless you ask for a permit in advance which we did not know and we weren't informed at the property.

To be improved

We asked in advance before booking to make sure both of the rooms we booked were accessible as we travelled with a pram and my mother is disabled. We were assured there was no problem and that every room was accessible with an elevator. When we arrived only one of the rooms was accessible the other had stairs. The person in charge said it was impossible to change rooms. The room with stairs was given to my disabled mother...so we exchanged rooms with her but the cot that we hired was in that room and no one at the property helped us to move the cot from one room to the other....and I had to manage going up and down the stairs with a heavy pram and the baby for the entire stay. Also the shower was broken, the water was pouring constantly from both the ceiling and the hand held shower head, having less water pressure and making it difficult to get a shower without a mess.
