“Could be nice, has great potential.”

Clean and spacious. Free parking on site. Good location for beach but still a 10 to 15 minute walk. 2 minute drive with reasonably priced parking available.

To be improved

No AC so windows needed to be left open allowing insect access. Walls very thin and could hear other guests talking. Furniture ok but a bit “IKEA student type”, could deteriorate quickly. Clothes hanging limited.

- Very nice looking Appartment - Very calm area, no noise outside - nice view - well equiped kitchen - Nice hosts

To be improved

Some smaller issues: - poor noise insulation. We could hear every conversation of the neighbour-appartment - way too weak A/C. Did not manage to cool the room down below 27° even though it was only 22° outside and we had the shades closed. - a bit expensive

The accommodation is part of a restored cottage, everything has been modernised and the structure is cosy and offers every comfort. Carmen is an excellent host, she gave us great tips about the best restaurants in the neighbourhood !
