The room looks new and tidy.

They asked me to change the place of room only 2days before we check in because of humidity and had no choice to accept for it since I'm with a baby and no time to change it. There was no elevator and it was on the bar street, so noisy until 3am which we couldn't sleep at all. Hot water stops sometimes, I asked the host but they never tried to solve it and just saying " the other guests never say that before". So disappointed.

Clean sheets. Friendly and helpful ancillary staff who came to get the hob working and the shower. It was quiet at night. Handy bakery and coffeeshop nearby.

The difficulties entering the property. Quite daunting. The curt demeanour of the person who had to help us enter. All very handsoff. It was hard to contact help. Speaking Spanish gave us an advantage over our neighbours, who said they had been repeatedly cut off. Ongoing building work made staircases and lift full of concrete dust. No cutlery or plates.
