“Comfortable and quite close to the old city but the check in process needs to be more simple.”

The best

The apartment was quite spacious but quite enclosed with no views or outlooks, however all the facilities were very modern with a nicely designed kitchen and big bathroom. It was comfortable.

To be improved

The check in took about 20 minutes. There was no access to talk with anyone although they were helpful when we finally contacted them through WhatsApp. I had to reactivate my Australian data in order to receive a text message. I thought I had been scammed initially. The neighbourhood also felt a bit rough.

The best

Nice apartment at a good value. It was fairly quiet. Had a reasonably well supplied kitchen, couch and table. Really nice for the money I think.

To be improved

The buzzer wasn’t labeled and didn’t seem to work. The call in entry system failed on me, luckily someone was in their way out so I got in to get the keys.

“Passable, once we got in”

Modern and stylish design, but not always very practical

To be improved

Significant difficulty gaining access, we stood outside in the rain for 15 minutes. Wrong instructions had been sent, with a defunct phone number. Eventually sorted, but no apology. We were told we would need to give €120 cash deposit against damages, but in the end this was not requested. Ill-fitting sliding doors meant no privacy, light in bathroom illuminated bedroom too, bedside lights did not work. No kettle.
