Loved everything about this place. Clean, quiet and tranquil but step outside the gates and you are on the main strip. Very safe & welcoming.

To be improved

Air con could have been colder. Didn't bother me but could be an issue in july/August if temperature was to increase.

We weren't warned about the renovation work going on which led to a lot of noise in pool area. Pool bar was not open every day and the attitude of the reception staff was very unhelpful, bordering on rude.

The best

The reception area is absolutely beautiful. The grounds and amenities are exceptional. The pool and pool bar are fabulous and the restaurant for breakfast is just fantastic. In departure we were given a handwritten postcard thanking us for our stay. The attention to detail is much appreciated and really made us feel like valued guests.

To be improved

I really love Barcarola Club and wouldn’t hesitate to return however the rooms could stand to be mordernised and the interior decoration freshened up.

The best

Very good pool area, breakfast restaurant and pool bar. Very nice food, and lovely restaurant staff. Excellent reception and staff. Everyone was very friendly and efficient.

To be improved

Our apartments were facing away from the pool and beside building works.
